How It Works
🔹 Requesting a Booking
Employees can request bookable spaces or resources through the GemEx App. For example, an employee requests a 10-person meeting room but only has three in-person attendees, admins can reallocate the space more effectively. These requests will appear as ‘Pending Approval’ in My Bookings, allowing users to track the status of their booking.
🔹Instant Notifications & Updates
Once a booking request is approved or rejected, employees receive a push notification, and the status updates in My Bookings and My Feeds. No more uncertainty—employees always know where they stand.
🔹 Managing Requests in the GemEx Platform
Admins can view pending booking requests within the GemEx platform, where they can easily approve or reject them. This ensures a structured approval process for managing office spaces efficiently.
